We prioritize the safety and health of our employees and have invested thousands of dollars to provide a safe workplace, which is why at the onset of the pandemic we moved quickly to make more than 30 COVID-19 related process changes– from enhanced cleaning and social distancing measures to supplying personal protective gear such as masks and gloves. We’ve implemented temperature checks, disinfectant spraying, and are getting COVID test regularly. Additionally, we implemented touch-less payments. We still accept cash, but acknowledge that our clients desire the safest transaction possible too.
SNSD never had an opportunity to close our doors. Immediately with the guidance of the Governor’s declarations Signature Notary San Diego, LLC was and is an Essential Business. We already had best in Health/ Hygiene Practices, However we’ve gone a step further to ensure we are not taking additional risk and equally preventing the Spread of the Virus to our clients.

We ask all of our clients to:
Wear Mask. (Update- Clients can choose to wear a mask or not . No Longer mandatory)
Practice constant hand hygiene (Our Notaries don’t allow anyone to touch our journals. Additionally, Our live-scan technicians wear fresh gloves to every appointment and have our clients sanitize their hands before and after Livescan Sessions)
Stay away and stay home/quarantined if you’re sick or ill. ( We do a preliminary screening prior to each appointment)
Our Notaries and Live Scan Technicians are regularly tested for the Covid-19 virus. In the case of any symptom Signature Notary San Diego, LLC will immediately close to protect our clients.
Our Notaries wear mask to every appointment.(Update- Mask are now optional) Additionally, we’ve made it possible that our notaries carry fresh nitrile gloves to each appointment and. sanitize/wash their hands immediately following each appointment. Furthermore, we have limited. our services to not travel to hospitals or healthcare facilities at the time. At this time, we acknowledge the difficulties of many healthcare systems and realize how inundated they are.
Our Live Scan Equipment is sanitized before and after each appointment. We ask that all Live Scan Forms are filled out in advance. Our Live Scan Technicians have continued to wear fresh gloves to each appointment and ensure our clients hands are sanitized also.
